I've been without sunglasses for years!
I wear wire frame prescription eye glasses and most clip-ons make them too heavy, and those large "fit over" kind are too uncomfortable because you are wearing 2 pair of glasses. I've tried both and just don't like them. And I won't spend the money on prescription sunglasses or lenses that go dark under certain lighting conditions.
Today while at Safeway I saw some clip-ons in the exact shape of my own eye glasses. The nice thing about them is that the part that joins the lenses together expands in order to fit over your eye glasses. They are not the flip up type. The glasses are held in place by 2 little prongs on each outer edge of the glasses, so they are firmly in place and don't look like obvious clip-ons.
I tried them before I bought them and absolutely love them. They're light weight and easy to put on and take off.
The ones I got are the 3rd ones up if you count from left to right.
$20.00. So much cheaper than prescription sunglasses!
