New Little Kitten, Very Ill

My fur baby isn’t moving around at all, she’s breathing but barely.. I try to stimulate her but it’s like she is constipated.. she’s breathing really hard.. pushing but all that comes out is blood, and a gooey clear liquid and there’s a little poop plug that’s orange but won’t come out.. and she’s also got clear liquid (which is slobber I’m hoping) coming out of her mouth.! I don’t know what to do

How old is she? What kmr are you giving? Where do you live?

Overall sounds serious. But I know constipation can give severe symptoms.

Best to let a vet do enema. Yourself to try? There are tricks but if the kitten is dying they wont help.
