And I said when Isabell's babies were gone I couldn't do this again...it is just so hard letting go! My daughter and I went to petsmart last night and dropped off two of our foster babies and came home with a very dehydrated 4 week old kitten that had been dropped off with the rescue there. The intentions were to let Isabell nurse her. Isabell was cooperating but the kitten had different ideas and thinks she is big girl. This is okay we have this under control, kitten is drinking KMR out of a bowl and trying to steal Yoda's food and not dehyrdated anymore. Now the problem. There are five 2-3 week old kittens (eyes open wobbly walk) on the way to the house to see if Isabell will take them. How do we do this? Last night I rubbed the new kitten against Isabell's other kittens and then with her. What else do we need to do to see if we can get Isabell to accept this kittens? We have KMR and bottles ready just in case. Isabell has not weaned her babies yet. I still have two of them at the house. Any suggestions would help!
