New Kittens And Cleaning Care

Need advice on how to encourage a 1st time mom to clean the kittens bottoms. Momma cat is 14 months old. 6 babies...1 day old.

Perhaps just help her with stimulating yourself. Doing some preempt, so to speak, so it will be less work for her.

Yes I have, they void on the cotton ball but the stool does not come out. If any does is very hard and black.

Is there no need to worry? Maybe she will catch on?

The black is probably their first stool, as newborns has. Its even called for tar.
but as its hard as you say, its also probably stopping up the next "alive" poo which has begin to form up.
Give it one day more before you begin to worry, but of course, continue with trying help to relive.
