Salt's the latest kitty to come into our home and she's still a bit hissy with him after 2 months. Give them time. She may never tolerate the kitten throughly but she will adjust.
Just make sure you make every effort to give her attention when the kitten is around. That way she sees she's not being replaced and that she is still loved. Also if you have a pet brush brush one then go to the other and brush it. Keep going back and forth that way they get each others scents on them. Petting them back and forth can work too.
