If I'm after grain free food, I'd just make sure the word 'cereals' doesn't appear on the label, as well as checking for specific grains.Also, when you say "read the labels carefully", what exactly should I be looking for/ trying to avoid in terms of ingredients in a nutshell? Just in general if you don't mind me asking
