So we just adopted a new cat Clyde. We introduced him with our other cat Kiity and she went full on Beast Mode!

I understand why she is being aggresive. I was wondering if you guy's know what I should do though. Do we just wait, or

do we need to try to get them together and used to each other?

-I want them to like each other!

Hi! And congrats on the new addition!

It takes time to introduce cats to one another. Best to get Clyde setup in his own room and give your first cat time to adjust.

Here is a great article about how to do proper cat to cat introductions.

http://www.thecatsite.com/a/introducing-cats-to-cats

It's important to move at the cats' speed. It typically takes at least a few weeks to introduce cats; but, can take a few months or more for more territorial cats.

Wait until there is no growling/hissing/aggression from either cat before you move to the next step.

I agree with CatPack; please read the article linked above. Many cats need to be introduced in that manner. Patience is essential for some introductions. Follow your cats signals before moving from step to step. Even if it takes a while now; it wont seem so long in the long run.

Good luck! :)
