This morning the boys didn't want to cooperate with photos outside. I think they've had too much going on in the past 2 days. So, anyway I got a couple pics of them in their new room. Hopefully they'll let me take them outside before the weather gets ugly again.

I still haven't come up with a name for Loki's half brother.

Here's Loki checking out the cat tree.

Mr "No name yet"

No amount of coaxing could get Loki to open his eyes.

Congrats on your new boys. They are both breath taking, and I'm sure the photo's don't give them the justice they deserve. I know with my Bengal's the photo's just don't give them justice. I think Loki's no name half brother looks a lot like Simba, and least in the 2nd photo.

Umm... How 'bout Odin?

They both look amazing. I love Loki's rosettes and his build. He's a beautiful cat. I love brothers ears too.

You're right, Jack has some serious competition!

I convinced Loki what a nice day it was outside and that I'd really appreciate it if he joined me for a few minutes for some pictures. So he sat still on a bench for a couple of shots. I think they show him off better than the indoor pics.

Yes, I am lucky to be surrounded by these amazing cats.

I got that cat tree from a man in Georgia who makes them from trees on his property. It's huge and very well made, I'll have to take a full picture of it sometime and post it. The guy is very talented.

Odin is a great name, and I'll call him that. Thanks for the suggestion!

In awe of your kitties. I like the name Odin too
Thanks, and you're right, his pelt is unreal... in person it looks airbrushed. He feels like velvet. I know he's sick to death of us touching him.

Thanks Hope, he is really a work of art. We are extremely fortunate to be able to have him with us.

I feel honored!

My husband and I were looking at that cat tree as well. It looks great! We built one for Duke using some old cherry wood for a small part.

They are handsome cats. Do the males retain that very muscular look when they are neutered as kittens?

I love the name Odin! My stud's father is named Odin. I think it is a very fitting name for your boy.
How are they doing? Are they cooperating with having out door pics?
I hope to be reading a thread about their show career achievements soon

Kai, WOW - you have to own the most stunning bengals in the USA!

What color IS Loki - in the younger picture he looks golden, but in the ones you just took he looks silver? What is he classified as?

BTW we are leaving about 4:30-5am tomorrow to go get Charlie!

Thanks very much! There are so many great bengals around now, I don't know that we have the best of the best by any means, but I think we have some very good ones and I'm very pleased with them.

Loki's color is still technically classified as "brown spotted", but he has a very pale tan background color with extremely contrasting richly colored dark brown rosettes with pitch black outlines. The depth of color to his pelt has to be seen in person to be appreciated.
In his kitten picture he was a more golden color, but that has changed significantly as he has become an adult.

I know you must be really excited about getting Charlie.

It'll be a real treat to see your pictures of him when you post them. I rarely get to see Ocicats, so I'm looking foward to your updates.

How far do you have to drive?
