Neutered Male Questions

Hey guys, I’ve had cats before but it’s been a while since I’ve had a male neutered so i wanted to ask a question about my boy to see if it was normal.
I got him fixed yesterday and we got him a cone a few hours after having him home because we quickly realized that he wouldn’t stop licking at his stomach/surgery area.
I looked at him recently and his stomach looks almost weird? I’m just worried about any incisions being opened and the little bit of like sticky stuff on his fur
Any help would be appreciated!! I’m sorry if it’s a stupid question. Don’t mind his little kitty balls lmao

it looks normal, there will be some weeping. Clear drainage is good, if it turns white/yellow/green, get hold of your vet. I've had many open a little and they have healed fine. His behavior will tell you a lot, if he hides, quits eating/drinking, and is not as active, call your vet.
