Need to find cat-friendly hotel

I'm going to spend a few days out of state, and am considering taking my four-legged boy. Is there some listing of pet-friendly hotels I might find?

Almost ALL Motel 6 location will allow one small animal in the room.

Triple A lists them all in their books. If you have a friend who is a member, ask them to get a book for wherever you're going. Theyre helpful anyway!

Red Roof Inn, Best Western and Comfort Suites, usually accept cats. Some charge a non-refundable fee.

motel 6 is also pet friendly.

Worst case scenario, just take him with you and keep the "do not disturb" sign on your door. I've done that before.

I think alot of hotels allow pets, but they usually make you stay in a smoking room though.
