NEED TIPS ON TAKING CARE OF A 5 WEEK OLD KITTEN . ASAP

I got my kitten from a lady who gave them away to soon because she didn't want them anymore. I have showed him his litter box and he used it once on his own (pooped) but has only peed in it with help . I have had him for 3 days now and at like 3 am last night he was walking around my room crying and i have no idea why . I bought him kitten dry food and kitten wet food and he dont like either . he will drink the water but wont bother with the food at all and i dont know what to do for him to eat it !!! i need help !

So I'm sure many people will say this but kittens will drink their mothers milk up to 8 - 12 weeks. I am sure she is confused/scared and unfortunately has been separated from her mom too soon. Have you tried kitten formula? If not they should have some at Petco or Walmart.
If not formula then try to keep feeding her the wet food. Heres an article/link that might help:
