Just looking for some more recent opinions of Canidae/Felidae foods. Right now, my cats are on Nutro Max, dry and wet. They're about 8 and 11 years and each get a 3oz can a day and we free-feed the dry (neither one is overweight, and other than the stomatitis that they were adopted with, they're in good health.) I've heard amazing things about Canidae/Felidae, so I'm trying to decide if it's worth the extra cost.
With healthier food, do you feed the same quantity? I thought I heard that sometimes they don't need as much when it's better quality, and also less as they get older.
