I had my 2 female kitties spayed on Monday . Well when they came home Ferret was hissing and being mean to Monkey ( yes these are their names ,if you seen them you would get their names..lol). It has only been 2 days , but Ferret is still hissing and chasing  Monkey . Monkey is hissing back, but i think she is just scared , because Ferret smacked her around a little when they first got home. I really need some help it getting these 2 back together. They were such loving kitties to each other before they got spayed. It's hard watching them fighting now :( :(

This is why my spay vet says to keep them apart from other cats for a week.  I dont usually do it a whole week (too many cats, too few spare rooms) but I do for a couple of days until the anesthesia is totally out of their systems.   Prior to that it is not uncommon to have these unprovoked attacks, and once that has happened, the kitties have "Bad Blood" between them and you will have to reintroduce them like they were strangers.  It is wise to separate them for awhile first if you can.   Keep one in a separate room while the other is out in the house, and then swap them out.   They will get used to each other's scent again.  Then follow the protocols for introducing cats to other cats.

Yep, sounds like the scent of the vet office and perhaps the pain/stress of surgery has been to much for their relationship. Red Top Rescue gave great advice, looks like you'll need to do a reintroduction. I wish you luck with your kitties!!
