You need to keep her inside until she is spayed. You can'tkeep letting her out. They go on heat every 2 or so weeks and if shes run up the road she will likely be pregnant again
Why can't she be kept inside? If she can't be kept in she needs to be spayed.
If shes not kept inside, not only does she run a high risk of getting pregnant but she runs the risk of getting many diseases. Some which she could pass on to future kittens if not spayed
It is only safe to have an outdoor cat if they are vaccinated and fixed. Otherwise, they must be kept inside. Please try to do one or the other and to help your mother understand. Spaying is as little as $35 in some places. We can help you find a low cost clinic if you tell us where you are located.
You are a minor, which means you have little choice in what happens to your cats. We have been advising you for awhile now to no avail. It is apparent that you care a great deal about your stray cats, but you are in no position to do much for them. We are trying to understand what to do for you. Can you clarify your needs for us? I think you just put alta vista, VA, but I'm not sure of that. But you need to get your mom or another adult involved. Is that possible? Please let us know! We care!
I agree with @sarthur2
I think at this point your parents need to step in and do something.
If they are unwilling I believe taking the cats somewhere else is a better option
