need advice on new foster kitten

I used frontline since it's what my family has used before and never had an issue. 

I gave the kitten another dawn dish soap bath and saw a few fleas go down the drain as I rinsed him off. He wasn't too happy but after he curled up on my chest under a blanket to warm up and wouldn't stop purring. <3 

I'll vacuum later today once my roommate is awake.
