Naraquin for CKD Kitties

I am wondering if those of you using Naraquin for phosphorus control are still using it and if it is still working well. Any side effects?
My vet has given me some to try as an alternative to aluminum hydroxide for my cat Twyla (of the Am I Overreacting? Thread) I have mostly been able to control her phosphorus with diet the past couple of years but that isn’t working well anymore.
I know no one has posted here in several months but it doesn’t hurt to ask!
