Run to the vet for Whisper's kidney diet food and dry dental food for the gang (we use the dental food as treats for the kids)

Run to the store for cat litter and cat food for the rest of the gang

I did my mom's laundry last night, so I have to run that back to the nursing home for her over my lunch break today. And while I'm there, I hope to talk to her doctor. (And also over my lunch break, I have to run to the bank to do a deposit and then hit our natural food store for some roasted cashews for Rick to take with him tomorrow)

And I know, more than three things! But it's a very busy day today.

Read a book

Read a book

Read a book

In other words, I'm doing absolutely, positively NOTHING!

OK - you are just cracking me up here tonight..... Cheerios with Tabby and now this!!!!!!!!!!! Did Tabby read with you???
 No, she doesn't care for reading.
 As for the Cheerios, well, she always shares Rick's cereal and I didn't want her to miss out on her breakfast because he's not here, so I had to step in for him. Tabby doesn't care who shares her cereal as long as she gets her share!

(A Tabby story....one time we were at the grocery store looking at boxes of cold cereal. Rick was checking out Honey Bunches of Oats because Tabby loves them. But she also loves Frosted Mini Wheats as well as Cheerios...to be fair, Cheerios is a distant third, but she will eat them in a pinch. So we were comparing prices and I was looking at my coupons. And I said to Rick, "You know, how bad is it when we specifically shop for a cereal that our cat will eat?" Not knowing that there were two women behind us. They started laughing and, of course, that led to a conversation about cats in general. And when we got to the check-out counter, the ladies were behind us. When the clerk rang up the cereal, one of the women said, "Now, you make sure you share that cereal with your kitty!"
 )

1. Am at work now and going out to do a site inspection for setbacks and stormwater with my boss and an engineer later on this morning.

2. My sister bought some new nightgowns for my mom, so I'm taking them over to her during my lunch break.

3. Head up to the garden to pick green peppers....that and the hot peppers are pretty much the only things growing in the garden anymore. Everything else is done.

Go up to the garden to gather green peppers and hot peppers

Mow the yard (might be the last time this year!)

Paint a sample of Light Sage (Olympic) on the kitchen wall  -  our kitchen wall is full of paint samples!
