a Viking gas stove so my helper, whenever I get one who will stay, can make anything. I would be able to make burgers on the little grill,
grilled cheeses, and eggs. at the end of the burners. in red to match my kettle,rugs, etc.

Since almost everyone answered more counterspaces or more space in the kitchen, I would prefer an assistant intelligent robot that would be at my beck and call, automatically cleans dirty floors and counters, and picks up kibbles scattered by my Barley without me saying anything.
