That does not look right to me. Is it just the one kitten or all of them? Have you noticed any discharge from the eye? Swelling? I would get to a vet asap.

There's that one and just one more and her eyes aren't open at all. There's no discharge or swelling

Are you able to call your vet...possibly even send the pics to him? Id want to see my vet if I were you...

Yes, now its high time to worry.  I agree with the others, its surely a vet errand.  At best it may be easily helped with an antibiotic ointment, but its very possible the vet must let out some pus.   Are there any swelling around they shut eye?

So, dont just get home some prescriptonfree terramycine, its quite possible a minor surgery must be done.   Consult a vet, per mail as suggested with photos at first - if your vet is OK with that.
