Last Thursday we found a gorgeous deep orange tabbey with gold eyes and a fluffy tail. She was hanging around where my husband and I work. We heard from one of the 3rd shift maintenance guys that a car had come by at night, slowed down and not a minute later, there was the young kitty. She was quite thin, but seemed ok outside of that. I couldn't believe how sweet and gentle this little lady was and couldn't bear the thought of her being homeless. Animal shelters and cat sanctuaries around here are usually filled to capacity so we took her home and to the vets.
Now here we are about to lose our jobs soon because our company is moving South, I have been trying to save money in the bank and now...oh well. Now we have a new little sweetheart to love and care for. We only have one other cat which we had rescued from the same place about 4 years ago or so we had room for one more.
