I would also check with your neighbors.. see if they'd let you check out their garages or sheds to see if the cat has gotten locked inside by accident. Also, maybe a neighbor took him in without realizing he has a home.

please try and walk along both sides of each street within at least 1/2 a mile of your home, looking in ditches and grasses to make sure he wasn't hit by a car or otherwise injured. obviously the more people helping you do this the better.

tomorrrow i was thinking about putting up posters and sending them to neighbors. Do you think he could have come out of his hiding spot and wouldhave movedto the next area
