I have no words of wisdom to add; I've tried for hours to come up with some, but let me just say that I truly understand where you are. I lost my mom to cancer in June, after only three weeks to 'prepare' for her death. I am still lost, confused, yet more 'normal' than I feel I have a right to be, and unsure of how to go on with the grieving.
Your obituary was beautiful. I wrote my mom's three days before she passed, as she slept in the same room. It was surreal, but therapeutic at the same time. Take comfort in family at this difficult time, and if you'd like to talk, scream, cry, whatever, feel free to pm me.

I am so sorry for your loss. How difficult this must be for all of you! It's a good thing she's not suffering anymore, but it's still hard to be seperated from those we loved. The wonderful memories of her will be in your heart forever.
