My kitten got this huge thing in her tummy

Has she been bitten, I can see what looks like a wound, in which case it could be infected. Are you able to take her to your vets, she may need antibiotics.
Vet visit
It could be any number of things.
First thing it looks like is an abscess
But it could also be an internal growth.
How quickly did it develop and how long has it been?
Also, how old is she?
