Hi my name is Jade and I'm from Maine. I found this site and I love it. I'm the proud mom of 4 beautiful cats.
Cloe is the oldest. I adopted her when she was 2 weeks old because her mother was killed by a car. I bottle fed her and got her all healthy. Now she is 9 years old and the Queen of the house. She and I have a special bond.
Lilly is my 8 year old. We rescued her when she was 6 weeks old because she was going to be killed along with her siblings. She is the sweetest cat I have ever known. She is always lovable and wants to play. She cant meow for some reason, she opens her mouth and a tiny squeak comes out. So its not easy to find her if she accidentally gets locked in a room. At bedtime she gets a can of cat food as a snack and never lets me forget. She starts by tapping my arm with her paw, then rubbing on me. Shes too cute for words.
Bella is a double pawed 6 year old kitty. I adopted her from a co worker when she was 8 weeks old. She was born on April fools day. She is black and white and is the hunter of the house. Always looking for spiders and the occasional mouse. She will not eat anything but her dry cat food. No treats, canned food, sandwich meat, tuna, nothing... She is a very lovable cat and always tries to give kisses.
Then there is Emma. I adopted her from a cat hoarder. I think she was younger than the lady had said. She tried nursing off my oldest cat Cloe who was fixed. She is lovable and sweet. Likes to talk a lot! The lady said her mother was calico and the father was Siamese but with that many cats I don't know how she would even know. A friend said she looks like a Tortie cat.
So these are my babies. I love them with my whole heart and they know it. I tell everyone they all have such personalities and if you spend enough time with any animal and love them unconditionally you will see how special they really are. I'm gonna sneak a picture of my dog in here. Her name is Shelby and she is an 8 year old Border collie lab mix. The smartest dog I have ever known but she is also so goofy. I love her, shes my baby!
