Um...it's personal...some just leave it in the mouth, because you still get the flavor.
I inhale...and I know it is bad for you, but everyone has a vice.

Actually, it is not Tabacco like the nicotine in a normal cigarette.

This is what i have been told, and it does not even get addictive nor taste like tabacco.

We got ours from the internet...head shops and specialty stores tend to over-price alot. This was even 20% off!!! A google search of "hookah" will take you to soem pretty decent sites. (I forget the specific sites, but just shop around) Ours came with free shisha and coals, wind cover, and all the thingns for set-up and cleaning...Good luck! (PM me if you want any more help...)

There are lots of debates about this. Shisha does contain nicotine...some say that hookah is worse than smoking cigs, but others insist that it isn't. All-in-all any type of smoking is bad for your health...but it deffinitely doesnt TASTE like a cig (
