I've got a huge bunch on my balcony too, but only one vege - scarlet runner beans, which are quickly taking over.

I am SO envious of you! I used to be great at gardening, but when I moved to Texas, I lost my green thumb. I can grow orchids like nobody's business, but herbs? Yeah, not anymore! Even my pothos looks sad and I've NEVER had a problem with those!

Great idea...I am going to try talking DH into replacing the current garage with something I can garden on !
