Hi there.
For adoption, part of my responsibility is to take them to PetCo on Sunday afternoon for adoptions. Then of course return to pick up any that weren't released. They don't go hoome right away during adoptioni anyway. They have a pretty rugged screening process including a home visit, and they charge 100.00. This weeds out the people that aren't really dedicated to the cats. I commend them on their dedication.
The lady that had Madonna for the last few weeks has 11 cats she's fostering right now. She's an attorney and does it purely for the love.
They also chip the cats before fostering them out, and since madonna bolted for the door to get out, she's bringing over a collar with a tag so people won't think she's a stray and hopefully contact us. She's VERY friendly so if she got out she'd run up and flop on her back to the first person she saw
