I brought a feral cat home. She been fixed. I was feeding her for 6 months. She only spent a day home, and ran away because I made a mistake to leave a door open. What can I do to get her back? Please help!

When did she run out of the house? Did you see her around after that? She may not be far away as she might be recovering from the one day in your house.
Continue to feed her as usual at the same time and same place. She could be nearby keeping an eye at your house as she has been getting food from you for the past six months.
Don’t give up as yet. Be gentle with her if she’s back.

She is probably very scared. How far away are you from where she was living? Most cats will try to return to the area of their territory.

So if you know where she was living before trappimg, search that area.
