Mamanyt1953 Indeed! Best Christmas present ever! Christmas Day was the last day Sarah ever saw her Grandad so I was thinking about that when the phone rang. It certainly changed the day for me this year! I hope I get more good news soon.

I have lots of Christmas kitty stuff to share. We laughed a LOT! I have been busy with a heating problem in the greenhouse too though and it is 23 degrees here. Too cold for orchids so I have been working in the cold and wind for two days. It’s given me a monster headache! I do have a smile though. More will come later. I must get the greenhouse working and rid of this headache. I just had to go to bed last night to get warmed back up! I have a couple of more days of work ahead of me.

BTW I saw that a new TV show is coming.

We all know that Wanda Heart likes Unicorns. She got a blanket and matching unicorn pillow from Santa... but...

She started checking it out...

Gave it a kiss....

Another kiss and Callie came along to see what she had gotten...

They both admired it...

And as they were enjoying the soft fur...

Prints came along.

Wanda Heart was busily giving Unicorn a bath....

When Prints stepped in for a kiss too!

He thought the horn was interesting.

Then he tapped me on the shoulder.

Was it for him?

It’s a neck pillow so let’s try it out!

It fits a Prints nicely!

It’s great for snuggling!

Tortie came up to watch and to....

Look at the shiny horn.

She knew it was for Wanda Heart and she tried to pick it up to take it to her...

But Prints was too heavy to move!

She had to give up.

Prints was enjoying the pillow but he started to feel he was being watched.

I have some catching up to do looks like. Today was my Christmas day with my daughter coming over, so I mostly cooked and cleaned yesterday so will have to catch up tomorrow with everyone's posts. Gracie is telling me it's time for bed (she has a 10:30pm alarm clock that says time to tell mom to get in the bed to snuggle.)

pearl99 I hope you had a great day with your daughter. Isn’t it funny how our cats tell us when it’s time for bed? Lol Mackie is very persistent when he is ready for bed and I’m not. He wins!

rubysmama Trasting my sinus with saline. Lol Good stuff! Extra vitamin c too. The greenhouse will need more work in Spring but hoping things will be warm enough for now. I am adding some extra layers to insulate. It was cold outside the past few days! At least, for here. Lol The wind is what really got me. Brrrr!

Prints is almost a permanent resident with the girls. He liked to go in one of the other bedrooms. Callie and the other big girls do to. Wanda Heart prefers her Canopy bed. Prints is undecided about going into the cat room. That’s usually pretty full and I guess that many cats sitting around and staring at anyone who walks in is a little intimidating. Funny thing, if I take him in there in a carrier, he loves it. He has his safe haven with him. He’s pretty brave though. He’ll have them all under his spell in time. He must be special to earn a spot in the girls room. I watched them on camera the other night and he and Wanda Heart are definitely an item. Very cute!

tarasgirl06 Orchids definitely don’t like it cold! They should not go below 50 as a general rule. I’ve got some heat going now. I rigged a tunnel of plastic over them to channel the heat for now. In Spring I can replace the gas heater. I have a spare in the storage building. Who knows though, this might work better! Lol A lower ceiling keeps me from having to warm as much area.
That little Unicorn is so soft! I wouldn’t mind having that around my neck myself! Lol

Big Mackie would make an excellent bed partner, I'm thinking! Baby Su has been getting under covers and stretching out lengthwise right on my side. My three tuxie queens, Simba angel, Rani angel, and now Baby Su, have all done this.
