My childhood kitty...lived a long life!

This is my baby Isis, who I found under the porch when I was 6. She had LOTS of kittens before my dad finally agreed to get her spayed, and we had quite a colony of kitties! (We lived way in the country, out a dirt road next door to an old farm, so they didn't have to worry about getting hit by cars or messed with by mean neighbors.) She outlived all her babies, and had a spoiled life in the suburbs when she got old. She even had her own room at my dad's house!!

I think this pic was taken in '03, not long before she died.

Thanks for taking the time to take a peek at her. She was a sweetie, and I miss her a lot.
LOL Yeah, Talon, the parrot feathers...my dad has 2 parrots, who he used to let fly free in his old house.

Isis never tried to get them though...they were almost as big as she was!
