My Cats Belly Is Weird

Hi all,
A few moments ago, my 1 year old (spayed) Persian was laying on her back right next to me, and I saw something was wrong with her left nipple.
I googled what it could be and I only saw warnings about breast cancer and mastitis. I'm thinking this is only some dirt (i tried to wipe it but she didnt let me) however I wanted to know what you all have to say before I take her to the vet (she is a very scared cat overall so I wouldn't want to submit her to a blood test that could potentially turn out to be nothing)

Try to wipe it again, and if it doesn't wipe off easily, take her in. IF this is a mammary cancer, the earlier it is caught, the better for your cat. Don't wait on this. Once a tumor is well-established, the chances of metastasizing goes way up.
