Has this white discharge coming out of her bag that gets hard and I then have to wipe it off with a soft white cloth. Her eating is normal, as she’s going to the toilet. She doesn’t seem like she’s in any pain, and is acting her normal self. However, a month ago she was taken to the vet to treat a hernia. Her stomach is also quite hard. Any thoughts?

That makes more sense! Probably a vet visit to see what's going on. Could be an infection which might need antibiotics.

The vet can do a physical exam to see if the cat's colon is full. It's a part of the normal exam but make sure to ask how it is as they don't always say. I wonder if the hard stomach is b/c the cat is a bit backed up.

If she's not spayed and not pregnant, I would suspect pyometra which can be fatal if not treated. I would get her to the vet immediately.
