My cat won't come on my bed anymore?

So it's actually my dads cat so I'm not there all the time to see her behavior but he said that for the past two weeks she's stopped coming onto his bed. He said she's been meowing more than usual as well. She's a bit over 1 year old and I rescued her about 4 months ago so she's only been with us since then, the last time I took her to the vet (1.5 months ago) they said she was fine and healthy
Could something be wrong?
