hi there my cat Had 4 kittens yesterday she is a first time MUM ... is there any reason why she meows a Lot??? i dont know much about first time mums she is my first cat and I'm just concerned about her.

This may be an alarm signal, yes. The most common is they dont meow much.
Unless she wants something from you, alike wants your company, or want you to help her with something.
Seems she OK in the others? Busying herself happily with the kittens? No other visible problems you can detect?
If in anything hesitant, do contact your vet. Begin by phoning if you wish. The vet usually knows what follow up questions to give.
It may thus be necessary to an ASAP visit to the vets...
