They sell cord covers that snap over the cords, but theyre not very attractive looking. I used them when i had a chinchilla, but the cats arent really bad enough to need them. You cuold try it.

I seem to remember a bitter apple spray you can buy in the states for spraying on cords so it tastes "yucky" when they go to bite them.
