My Cat is having trouble walking

My cat can't walk well with her back feet. She sometimes can't reach the cat litter and has accidents. She's approximately 21-23 years old. We often carry her to eat and go to the toilet for her well-being. She used to sleep wherever she wanted but now we have to place her in comfortable places.

She is an extremely elderly cat. When was the last time she was checked by a vet?

This sounds like a possible spinal column/cord issue. Your cat needs to see a vet if they can't use their back end.

Until she gets a vet check, maybe put litter in many places near her and in boxes with very low sides. Putting food and water within easy reach as well. No deep water dishes though.
