My cat has a scabby nose

Hi all,
Our 7yr old Kitty has this on her nose
we have been treating her for ringworm but it isn't improving.
I wondered if anyone else's kitty has experienced this.

Have you tried gently washing it if she will allow you. You could send the photo to your vet for his opinion.
