My Cat Feet Blooding

Hello
Two months ago I noticed that my cat growing a red bomb at the bottom of her foot
After a few days the bomb explodes and shows blood everywhere on her feet
So I went to the vet
I mediately and He said that
She have some kind of a virus
And its treated with antidote
But the cat still suffer from
The problem
The cat is active in motion
.And natural erosion

i agree another vet visit may be in order. Maybe even a second vet to get a different opinion?
