HI everybody,
My husband and I are so worried about our cat Pumpkin. He is about 7 years old, and lately he has been more sluggish. He is an indoor cat. We are low on money right now, so we have been heating a lot with wood heat.
He goes through these spells over the past few days of meowing in this strange way and drooling excessively, then a few minutes later he is pretty much back to normal.
Has anyone experienced this? Could he be constipated? Going to get some canned pumpkin to see if it is his digestive tract, and of course we will bring him to vet if it keeps going on in a couple days, but I do not want to pay $100 to have a vet tell me he is constipated.
Could it be anything else? Any ideas or suggestions? He has made two very small poops the last 2 days, and they looked pretty dry.
Any suggestoins would be helpful. Thanks, Amy
