I'm glad your grandad has taken him! As your dad gave it to him I'm surprised he didn't take responsibility.

Does the vet know he got acetaminophen? I'm not sure how he could have been deemed OK without doing blood tests.

The vet needs to know about it right away because any method of getting the poison out of the cat's system has to be done within half an hour.

The car ride made him better. He puked out the poison, and the vet said that he's fine, just needs rest and cannot fight.

That’s great! Did they give fluids?

Can you talk to your parents or your grandfather about neutering your cat?

What did they say about the bruise?

I certainly hope he puked it all out and doesn't have any negative effects. When he gets healthy again you should have him neutered so he's less likely to fight (and won't father any more unwanted kittens). Tell your parents it will make him less smelly too if they're reluctant.
