My cat after neutering surgery

My cat is 1 years old and last Monday i took him to get neutered, but after the surgery he has been throwing up everyday, he didn't reject the food only after he vomits, i called the vet and he said to not give him any food until he sees him again and do some checkups, but then the vomiting didn't stop and my cat started vomiting light pink liquid, and today he pooped a little bit of blood, I'm very scared and concerned about my cat, please if anyone knows what is happening let me know. (Please excuse my English if I made any mistakes, it's not my first language) thank you.

Just get him into the vet as soon as you can. From your description, he may have a reaction to the anesthesia. The blood in his poop may be from his neuter incision. He may be developing an infection too. He needs supportive care, like fluids. I'll pray for your little one, please keep us informed.....
