Hi, my 6 year old cat Kaya woke me up this morning with a startling jump from her bed, she jumped around in a panic and I heard her heave a few small piles of this clear vomit, some of which had hair inside.
She then preceded to run out the room and start furiously licking her lips, and then herself. Also she has been going around the room sliding her head on everything.
Now she is still licking herself more than usual and walking around the house a lot but is flipping over and playing like she usually does.
Should I be concerned?
I read that it could be nasal congestion fluid? She recently started "snoring" a few months ago when shes in her comfortable sleep mode. More like she squeaks though. We also live downstairs, in a basement type of environment, it can get stuffy down there too. We moved here a year and a half ago.
This is a picture of the hair.
