We have 9 cats in the house and three bathrooms. Each bathroom has 2 litter boxes, one covered and one not. We keep a covered plastic container with each set (one that the litter came in) which we line with plastic "tall kitchen" garbage bags. We scoop am and pm and take out the bags when they get full (or as full as is easy to carry.) Been doing this for many years and seems to take minimum time and works fine.

We have 10 cats in the house (only 3 are mine) and 2 litterboxes - 55lt plastic storage containers both kept in the laundry. We scoop twice a day, sometimes 3 times.

I've been bad since we moved. We have 2 boxes for 3 cats right now.
They are large Sterilite tubs. One upstairs, one downstairs. We have a 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom townhouse right now. The guys seem ok with it. I scoop 2-3 times a day. Unfortunately when we got here I bought a tub of Tidy Cats from Petsmart and it's the Tidy Lock formula (NOT labeled as Tidy Lock formula).
Can't wait to use it up. I'm going back to Special Kitty scoop at the next purchase of litter.
