I'm a little scared of making a whole batch of muffins with chocolate... I'm a chocoholic so if I have 1 or 2 dozen chocolate muffins, I could end up sick after eating all those in a few hours

anyways, the first batch of muffins is in the oven. I made pina colada.
Problem is, when I was mixing the ingredients, I forgot to put the oil in. So I added a little bit of oil at the end. Well, I guess they will be low fat muffins. I didn't go easy on the rum though.

I think the fourth batch might wait till tomorow. I should really go back to working on my essays for tonight.

I made the batch of cherry and almond muffins. they'll be ready very shortly. I'm not sure how good they'll be but they look weird. Very pink!

well, today I made more muffins.

So far, I have:
- Pina Colada (pineapple, coconut and rum)... VERY good

- Cherry and almond... good but too sweet for my liking. I really shouldn't have used some of that "juice" that came with the cherries.
- Apple and cinnamon... AWESOME. I put tons of apples in it. It's so moist and yummy

and now I have finally decided to try the peanut butter and chocolate ones. I softened the peanut butter in the microwave and mixed it in along with some chocolate chips. They'll be ready in just a few minutes.

I'll have to stop soon because my freezer is getting full!!
