I just bought it on Saturday for my Christmas present to me. I haven't opened it yet and haven't a clue how to work it. I'll have to look into google. So far the walk through of iTunes only tells me how to download stuff. I need to find out how to transfer stuff that I already have on my hard drive to the iPOD.

I can't figure out how to get the music from iTUNES into the iPOD!!

I managed to figure out how to get my MP3 files into iTUNES, but what is the secret to loading them into the iPOD? The iPOD Is connected to my computer via a USB drive, but when I click on the "Music " option, nothing is on the iPOD
