Monster under the bed? Monster IN the bed!

I came into the bedroom this morning, and Ella was sitting on the bed. I hadn't made the bed yet (in fact, I was about to go TO bed, since I got in about 6 this morning). She was watching a suspicious lump. The lump seemed to move, and she would swat it. It would stop, then move again. And get swatted again. It slowly made its way to the edge of the bed, where a slinky Sterling was slowly extruded out of the tunnel. Ella jumped down, and nipped at portions of the extrusion.

Then they dashed out into the living room. Hilarity ensues.

It is stories like this that make me wish I could have a second cat, but Zane hates other cats.

That has reminded me of Arwen this evening...she got scared of my coat-hanger that got left on my bed.

She slowly put her paw out to touch it, and as she did that I lifted it slightly...and boy didn't she jump!

I think she left her fur behind it scared her that much!
