After getting the chance to sit out in the sun this year because of some rather nice weather....
Do you sit out and catch some rays when the sun is shining?

Ive stayed in Scotland many a time with temps just lower than that over in the south west coast, and were certainly not used to it here in Newcastle lol!Not if I can help it! Anything over 20C too warm for me! Been about 29C for over a week here and no air con'(well who would - it's Scotland)
Oh boy, you were 'lucky'! Don't go giving any tourists high expectations! Maybe it's an east coast thing that we usually get cooler and drier weather? All I can say is that Mouse is molting BIG TIME in this heat waveIve stayed in Scotland many a time with temps just lower than that over in the south west coast, and were certainly not used to it here in Newcastle lol!
Yes, molting is temperature related. As is growing a longer, thicker undercoat.
I meant growing the thicker undercoat when the temperature goes down. My ladies get softer during the winter, due to the undercoat - which is softer than the guardhairs - getting thicker. Then when it starts to warm up, they start shedding more.So he shouldn't go bald then - just get even thicker fluff stuff! Nice.
