Ice cream and sesame sticks. How I love those sesame sticks, but they send my blood glucose soaring. When I had pneumonia a few years ago, I lost my appetite and lived on ice cream and soup for several weeks.

i never watch calories. i watch what i'm eating throughout each day, that it's relatively balanced and healthy, wholesome foods. :dunno:

if i had to choose one food to be calorie free for the rest of my life, it would be peanut butter. i absolutely adore peanut butter! :cloud9:

As is chocolate. :lol2:
My mother told me to always keep my chocolate on top of the refrigerator. The calories in chocolate are deathly afraid of heights, and they will actually panic and leap to their deaths, rendering the chocolate calorie-free. And my mother would not lie about a thing like that!

That sounds like sage advice to me! :agree: Here I've been keeping it in a top cabinet. They must feel safe there so no jumping. :doh:
