I would say, normally around day 10, with some variation.  So your boy is a little late, but not extremely so.

This with glued - if they do have an infection and pus, yes they may be "glued".  But you would prob notice such an infection.  The pus will either be flowing, or making the tissues bulging out...

My momma cat had her first kitten 1 week and some days ago. The other died. I was wondering if hes getting enough milk from her.
Only 3 nipples are out, the other 3 look empty and ehh.

Yes he finds the nipples and sucks, it looks like hes drinking milk but i dont know?

The easiest way is to weigh them every day.  If she gains at least 6g, but normally 10+ g every day, its good.  If not, you must supplement feed.

Three working nipples on 1-2 kittens is more than enough.  They usually have 1 favorite nipple.
