Mole or bite?

Hi! Can anyone please help and figure out if this is a mole or a bite from some bug? My cat doesn’t seem bothered by it. It appeared less than a couple of weeks.

That has to be something irritating the surrounding skin enough for the hair to fall out, so I'm leaning towards an injury or a bite. It looks more like an injury to me. Get some wound cleanser for cats at your local farm supply store (it wouldn't hurt if it is a bite either) like Tractor Supply or Orscheln's, and spray it on a cotton ball or piece of cloth and apply it. Cats don't like the spraying sound. A small amount of antibiotic salve (WITHOUT pain killers) can be applied too. Monitor it and if it spreads and gets bigger or worse bring him in to be checked. Give it a few weeks to see if it improves.
